DESIGN POLICY:
A CHARGE OF $120.00 FOR AN INITIAL CONSULTATION WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH CLIENT. CONSULTATIONS THAT INCLUDE CHOOSING A PAINT COLOR(S) START AT $125.00 DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF COLORS REQUIRED.
PLEASE HAVE QUESTIONS AND GOALS WRITTEN DOWN IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR DESIGN NEEDS. PICTURES ARE ALSO WELCOME IN ORDER TO DETERMINE YOUR DESIGN STYLE. PLEASE COMMUNICATE YOUR DESIGN NEEDS ALONG WITH YOUR FAMILY’S STYLE.
AFTER DECIDING ON YOUR DESIGN GOALS, A FEE OF $60.00 AN HOUR WILL BE BILLED FOR EACH ACTUAL HOUR SPENT ON YOUR JOB INCLUDING TRAVEL TIME.
IF IT IS A NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND CERTAIN REMODELING PROJECTS, A RETAINER FEE MAY APPLY. A RETAINER FEE IS BASED ON THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROJECT AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS REQUIRED. THE RETAINER FEE WILL BE SPLIT INTO 3 PAYMENTS. YOU WILL BE ADVISED AT EACH STEP OF THE PROJECT IF THE TIME REQUIRED HAS EXCEEDED THE ESTIMATED FEES FOR THAT PERIOD.
*EXAMPLE- SQUARE FOOTAGE OF NEW CONSTRUCTION X 2 AND THEN DIVIDED INTO 3 PAYMENTS PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL HOURS.
This retainer includes floor plan evaluation and changes
Selection of all interior and exterior surfaces and finishes
All electrical and lighting selections
All hardware selections
Paint colors
Furniture placement ideas

Lots of new jobs for 2011
Super excited to start several new jobs!
A new house on Canyon Lake..which means travel time to Austin :) and some great remodels too.
Although there is not a lot of new construction going on, people are remodeling which is so much fun to do and see after it is all completed!
Hopefully I can post some before pictures of a job starting soon!

Foster kitchen remodel
A 30 year plus kitchen is getting a remodel! I am working on this project with my good friend and designer friend Darren Nelson/ Designs by Darren.
This space used to be a dining room and seperate kitchen, now it is one big room.
